Cards seem to play up to the competition, or down! Robbie Stenzel shows everyone who the best player in the tenth is this year and goes off on Mason for 35! Cards by 12!:ylsuper:

Mason might as well plan a parade for, oh, 2012 cause it may be a long dry spell in Maysville!

Never saw Stenzel play until last night and I was amazed at his talent. He can do it all. It'll be fun to watch him and Middleton battle against each other tonight.

I say we just have mcpapa and gold sunrise play a game of one on one for the region.

I'll take goldie by three.

 Now that would be a entertaining site....

I hate it because the BOKC is so far away, but I like the setup. The top two teams in the region playing for the regional championship on a neutral court. I stand by my previous statement, "If Clark is healthy they will win, otherwise Mason will win because of the revenge factor."

I too would lilke our chances better if we were all healthy.

Pre-game or halftime show?

I'm impressed with both teams in the 10th finals tonight. (I know they are probably not impressed by me though) but Mason is just playing so well together right now. Mason it is, by 5! See you at the Bank!

"The 'Royal Rumbler' vs. 'The Card'', in a winner take all match up.

Preview:

Goldie may have lost a step or two, but makes up for it with her basketball IQ. Goldie will battle the boards and play above the rim and be a physical force in the paint. Goldie has really developed a good game with her back to the goal, and has developed a great power game.

Papa, has developed into a good shooter, but lacks the physical approach to play a power game against someone as physical as Goldie. Papa has become a heady player, and likes to talk trash, but that is only good when you can take the ball to the whole and finish strong. Papa will have to rely on his cat like reflexes and try to be the faster player on the court. But, in the end the more physical player will win.

I agree with the neutral floor, it's the only fair thing to do. Does the district coaches decide where the regional is to be played. I hear that next year it is the 39th districts decision. If Augusta, St. Pat and Bracken would vote for BOKC next year ,would it be held there or is it an automatic thing that it will be held at Mason Co?BOKC it's a little far for most but it's sure a nice place to watch a ballgame and a nice place for the kids to play. All 3 seats I sat in during last nights game (Clark vs Scott) were comfortable:taz:.

Who gets the nod for half-time of the 9th region final?

Where is this game taking place? What venue is being used to host? Where is the central most location for these two squads? Can I call on Mustang to lay out the geographical location that everyone can be happy with. Looking out for MCPAPA, Goldie, who is the contact where I can reserve the chartered UK bus? MCPAPA wants to arrive in style for this all important grudge match. Go Papa, go Papa, GO:clap:

GRC by far had the best student section tonight and o yeah they also had the farthest to travel think that student support has dropped? Not in Winchester!!!! GRC by 7!

Psssst...Montgomery had to drive through Winchester to get there. Still no excuse for lack of fans though. :idunno:

Everyone is not going to be happy no matter where you have the tournament. Mason probably does the most complaining when it's not held at their place. :thumb:

The folks in Mt. Sterling knew that the Indians were in trouble and decided not to make the 2 hour drive to watch the slaughter. Pretty disapointing, but that's part of it. Also, many from Montgomery Co are getting ready to head to Diddle to watch the girls.

At least the band was there. Other than that it was pretty pathetic. Some would say "fair weather". :irked:

Honestly, I am just poking fun, really it doesn't matter. Should be a great matchup, in the end I am taking Papa.

38th has it next year. And I think the answer is yes, the district coaches or maybe principals decide.
