I simply don't understand the bitterness toward Pitino for leaving for what could have been a heck of an opportunity for him. Why do UK fans make it so personal?

 

 

 

 

 

I'd say it's more because he said he was staying and then left the next day. The reason I can't stand Pitino is the same reason I can't stand Gillispie....They're huge jerks.

Go to the NIT with Billy or go to the NIT with Tubby (unless Minnesota sneaks in the big dance) hmmm..... Tubby left UK he wasn't fired.. did he see this coming?

But if BCG is such a great recruiter shouldn't the 2 classes he has brought in start and play more minutes that Tubby's players?

They had a hard 2 hour practice the day of the Georgia game.

Pitino was the best thing that ever happen to the program. Tubby drug them down, and then you ended up with a coach such as Gillispie. UK will never be the same again, mark my word.

 

 

 

5 Year Contract at $25 Million, turned it down. Negotiated to $50 Million, 10 year deal, President, Head Coach and the whole bin.
