King James
Not sure of the times yet, but it starts on Wednesday: Belfry vs. Johson Central Shelby Valley vs. Betsy Layne Lawrence County vs. Phelps Prestonsburg vs. Sheldon Clark/Pike County Central play-in winner
AirYardGo
Looks like Shelby Valley will be the favorite!
16thregionfan
I dont know much about the 15th except for Shelby Valley; is there anyone who has a good shot at beating them? I hope they win, I am an Elliott County fan and love to see mountain teams do well. Would also love to see and Elliott-Shelby rematch in the second round of the state tourny. King James
I dont know much about the 15th except for Shelby Valley; is there anyone who has a good shot at beating them? Most would consider Johnson Central the biggest threat to SV. The two teams haven't faced each other this season so it's hard to say.
kybigguy
I was really impressed with Lawrence County last night, but I don't think they or Johnson Central can beat a great Shelby Valley team.
Wireman
I doubt anyone in this field can stay within 30 of Shelby Valley.
UKBLUE1964
Why is there an play-in game?
King James
Why is there an play-in game? Because the 15th only has three districts this year and we have a really strange format...

gchs_uk9
So when will those 2 teams know? I think it was to be played last night. I have no results, though.

King James
So when will those 2 teams know? Pike County Central defeated Sheldon Clark in the play-in game to move on to the region. They will face Prestonsburg.
BANKSHOT
I doubt anyone in this field can stay within 30 of Shelby Valley. Nobody in the 15th has the gaurds to keep up with Valley. But that is why they play the games.
Qryche11
Shelby Valley should coast to Rupp Arena. This looks like a very weak Region.
Ms Liberty
It's the region games, anything can happen.
