Congratulations to Coach Osborne on back to back district titles. Very good defense and poor shooting percentage by both teams. 40 mins of bball and only 68 points scored but still a very exciting game.

Nice win for Owen County. There Freshman, JV, and Varsity won district thats very impressive. Back to Back championships and they lose NO starters they should make a good run next year as well.

I saw 8 girls go in the game and play --7 saw significant time. They had 2 girls that were sick...one that had been in the hospital.

 

Worked the rest of the year for 18 games. Won the NAS tournament, NCKC CHamps, runner up in the All A...I think Mefford has done a great job. Owen played 8 girls also. Seems like that is how it is.

 

Congrats to OWEN CO. It has been a great year between these 2 teams. I hope we both do well in the region representing the 31st.
