February 28, 200917 yr Wrong, he "explains" above. Well, since the clip you posted was meant to be what you felt I was supposed to base my thoughts on, I'm not sure how I could be "wrong". I would assume that his explanition is correct, unless you have another explanation that you can provide from someone else who was there.

February 28, 200917 yr How do you know? I know from the way it came out. Jindal didn't stand a chance on MSN, I don't even know why they covered it. Jindal came out (by himself) no standing ovation (like the a President Obama). Matthews response, "My God" echoed hopeless. From that point, it didn't matter what Jindal said or what his message was. Matthew's response was all based on style, he and noone on MSN listened to his message, not one bit. And it was a good message. His message, noone should rely on government for nothing, because in the end government will fail you. You get out of life what you put into it. Frankly, I don't even know what prompted me to switch over from FOX to watch MSN when Jindal came out. But the response of Matthews and following chastizing of Jindal was somewhat expected. The fact that noone listened to the message he gave on that channel and even on FOX was laughable.

The people trying to bring so much attention to Matthews' "Oh, God" utterance is the people that should be talking up Jindal's message. Let me ask you this. Do you not think that the US is best served by a two party system? Or do you think one party should be in charge? Its really, really amazing how far this country has come from 9/12/2001. This country's downfall can only come from within. And I think the US media is leading the cause...

Whenever I hear of this alleged massive media bias, I keep wondering where it was in late 2002 and early 2003. We could have used it then. Let me ask you this. February 28, 200917 yr How do you come to that conclusion? Socialism. Listen to everything in the media. Government mandates, followed by mandates and so on and on. Telling us how we must live. Handouts for all. Entitlement is at an all time high. Government is supposed to fix everything for us now. What ever happened to what the great JFK (democrat) said? Capitialism is dying off everyday. It get weaker and weaker. Government saves all I guess. I know I won't wait on the government to get me out of my problems. I already knew they will fail me. BTW, all of this was talked about in Gov. Jindal's message. Anyone listen to it? I often wonder what we fought for in Korea and Vietman.
