Why does any successful head coach leave a position? Not being on the same page with administration. Not being able to get your staff in place, versus their staff. Fatigue after fighting those types of battles year after year. At some point it becomes time for a new challenge and a fresh situation. You have to enjoy what your doing, especially with the time and energy a head football coach has to expend.

CHCA Head Coach Eric Taylor coached under Siple at Indian Hill and since Eric had taken a job at Finneytown as an assistant and then as head coach. Kievin and Eric have always maintained a great relationship even when they were counterparts in the CHL. Now all that is going to happen is CHCA will continue a dominance in the MVC and go even farther and bring home a state title. Good Luck to CHCA

I can see why Kevin took an assistant job. My money says his next Head Coaching job will be in NKY. IMO I think that is what he is planning to do. Why take a Head Coaching job and then leave just say in 2-3 years only to let another program down by leaving. My gut says a HUGE job comes open within the next couple of years and he will be lying in wait.

I just don't think they will win a State Championship. They nhave a nice program but I don't believe they are State championship caliber. Hiring Siple will not put them in that category.
