What happened to getting a vaccum and sweeping all that debris up? Wasnt that in the Stimulus package? LOL

No...GWB tried to get that in the war spending, but they decided to try and vacuum all the sand out of Iraq instead of the cosmic debris.

Actually, one of my astronomy students suggested taking the space shuttle up with a rather large "fish net" type device and retrieving all of the debris...less costly than a vacuum!
