January 28, 200917 yr Warm water won't refreeze, on a satellite dish which is concave in shape. Unless the dish is flat, like a bird bath. It may take several cups of warm water, to melt the thin coat of water and once done, simply wipe off with a warm towel. What makes you think that the warm water won't refreeze?
