Buckett will do what he needs to do to win. :thumb:

When does weight lifting start?

When does weight lifting start?

It started a week after the Beechwood game.

The Panthers need to work on their Speed and quickness. Not just weights.

Wow, getting to the weightroom early and having a consistent winter conditioning program are hallmarks of competitive teams. So many teams are still selecting a coach, or waiting to get a winter program up and running. Best of Luck during the 2009 season to the Panthers.

I will be performing this weekend in Louisville.

Coach B, I have seen Quan's vital statistics showing him to be anywhere from 5'11" to 6'2" and from 175 lbs to 195 lbs. He looks to me to be somewhere in between. How tall is he and how much does he weigh? It doesn't really matter because of how muscular he is; he can run over or around most everybody, but I know the college coaches look at things like size.

He is 6'1 /190lbs. He could put another 15lbs on and not hurt him at all. Yes, colleges care more about stuff not related to football instead of can a kid make plays.

Quan is very strong and probally the 2nd fastest on the team. Hopefully he will play ball this season and not get caught up worry about which college is in the stands.

How is Quan's grades, I hope he takes care of business there.

He is a good student. Also he is in good shape with the ACT.

My son (a LB for Western Hills) saw Quan around Frankfort last week and said Quan looks even more muscular than last season! Hills plays some good backs last season, but my son said none as tough to tackle as Quan - can run by you or try to run thru you. Quan and Tillman give FHS a great ground/air combination.

Hip Hop,

how is Dwight doing in the weight room. I know he has ton of potential, but I'm sure he needs to get bigger and stronger as most high school kids do? Just curious, he could be the key to the teams success this year if he gets in there and works hard.
