January 18, 200917 yr 1st Team Collison Steph Curry Terrence Williams Blake Griffin Tyler Hansbrough 2nd Team Ty Lawson Jodie Meeks James Harden Luke Harangody DeJuan Blair
January 18, 200917 yr While this is a great discussion thread, I think the arguement starts after placing Blake Griffin at the 4 spot and James Harden at the 2 or 3. They should undoubtedly be in everyones top 5.
January 18, 200917 yr Ty Lawson Steph Curry Derrick Brown Blake Griffin Tyler Hansborough Like Lawson's ability to drive and open up teammates for shots. Curry's shot is unbelievable, and would be so much better with a good point guard on his team to open him up just the little bit that he needs. Great athletic player from Xavier, can get to the rim whenever he wants and can hit from deep as well. Griffin is just a man, and no argument can be made for him not to be in top 5. Hansborough, as said before, is just a player that gives everything, but i don't think will be good in NBA

Athletically he fits, but his offensive skill set on the perimeter does not.

I'm not totally sure myself(love Brown). It depends how you wanna go with your lineup, either 3 guards or a SF. Your last statement may have been correct the last couple years, but this year he has been great from the perimeter to complement his athleticism, and he will be a big NBA draft pick in the future. He is shooting 46% from three this year also to let you know.
January 19, 200917 yr I'll go with: PG Stephen Curry SG Jodie Meeks SF James Harden PF Blake Griffin C Tyler Hansborough My 2nd 5 would be: PG Ty Lawson SG Jeff Teague SF Terrence Willias PF Patrick Patterson C Dejuan Blair Harrangody, Gerald Henderson and Earl Clark are right there too IMO.

He has worked very hard the last 2 years to develop his shot and the work has paid off. Should have a nice career in the N.B.A.
January 19, 200917 yr Or not playing with a very good D1 PG by his side... No doubt. I have been on the record saying I thought Richard was the best PG in the NCAA tourny last season.

Should have a nice career in the N.B.A. What are you meaning by that(honest question)? That he can't create a 3pt. off dribble, or he can't play a perimeter spot? Maybe the first one i stated as he is a little more catch and shoot, but for the second, he can definitely get by anyone guarding him.
