I'm thinking that may change fairly soon. Still a nice showing for FC so far this season.

Good win for Franklin Co as Shelby Co has a very good team.

Just got home from the game. Shelby County had a 1 point lead at the half. FC came out blazing in the 3rd and built up a 9 point lead behing Barrett Meyer hitting what I believe was 5 threes in the quarter. Shelby came back but never could take the lead in the 4th. Franklin County holds on for the win. Great play by Hicks and Hall in the second half and Donovan and Connor battled on the boards hard all night. With 31 seconds left in the 3rd fouls were 7 on Franklin County and 1 on Shelby County. I had to question some of the no calls around the basket as you could hear the smacks up in the top of the gym. Overall good win for the Flyers on the road, hopefully they can carry some momentum over to Friday night at Holmes. Without two key players in that game its gonna be a tough road but I have faith in them, go Flyers!!

You are more PC. :laugh: I was able to listen to a good part of that game and then lost reception for the last quarter. That is a tough place to play and good wins for both GRC and Franklin County.

From what I hear the Jamesville-Dewitt team out of New York that the Flyers played would be in the top 3 in Kentucky. Im not sure if they can pull it out at Holmes without Deron and Oakley, but mark my words you will see a game and a half out of the Flyers when Billy and the boys from Scott County come to Frankfort.
