December 28, 200817 yr According to a Florida site, Jail Lucas may decide tonight where he'll be transferring. UK, Texas, Arkansas, Baylor, and Rice are said to be in the running. The way I understand it, he'll be eligible to play after next Christmas break?
December 28, 200817 yr The rumor mill says Texas, but I haven't heard that from any of my peeps in the know. Guess we'll find out tonight...
December 28, 200817 yr Texas sounds like a nice fit for him. Does he like UK or Patterson? Patterson wont be there to play with him so Im guessing UK is out.

December 28, 200817 yr He listed UK, but they were never really an option. He wants to get closer to home... He has listed UK for the past 2 years, but they're not really an option? Come on now... Somewhat surprised he's no longer listing them as an option...

Not this time. There was some talk between the two sides, but UK never went hard after him, and he was never going to pick UK this time...
December 28, 200817 yr A lot of drama seems to come with him Whoever gets him gets daddy too. Though I don't think Billy D. had any problems with John.
December 28, 200817 yr A lot of drama seems to come with him What drama is that? A college kid with a desire for playing time isnt that uncommon.
December 28, 200817 yr What drama is that? A college kid with a desire for playing time isnt that uncommon. Ok so go earn it in practice and during the game. And don't whine when Vanilla Ice is better than you.
December 28, 200817 yr He listed UK, but they were never really an option. He wants to get closer to home... I don't think Florida would have released him if UK hadn't been eliminated beforehand!!
