January 17, 200917 yr I'm trying to update the system settings to go online and after 8-10% I get an error #80710723 message. I googled it up and a few sites said to disable the UpNp and I did but it still doesn't work. I even disabled my laptop from the wireless connection to no avail. Any suggestions? Who's your internet service provider?
January 18, 200917 yr I got the error message figured out, but when I'm playing Madden online, I only get to play 1 quarter if that and then the connection is lost, either mine or the person I'm playing. Does anybody else have that problem? I'm wondering if it's the EA servers or if it's my connection.

There are punks on there who know how to make the connection fail when things aren't going their way.
January 18, 200917 yr I only have Madden, so I don't have any aother reference. I've only made it to the 2nd quarter once, and it's happened when I'm winning and when I've been losing. It just kicks me off of the server. Could the solution be a wired connection?

I had an off brand router, but kept getting kicked off during NCAA football games. I went and bought a linksys and havent had any problems since.

If it works, then i would say maybe it has something to your wireless network. By the way, how did you get the error message to go away?
