It may not be too bad in the morning. I mean it's supposed to get all the way up to 16 by around noon. On the other hand the low for tonight was supposed to be 8, it's already at 5, and I'd say 0 is a strong possibility. Brrrr.

I'd say outlying areas, especially out on the farm, it could already be below 0. Poor cows.

It's freezing and my heat has gone out in the last 10 mintues. Got a 2 yr old + 5 yr old in bed upstairs sleeping. Might have to pack them up and go to the parents if something doesn't give. It's dropped to 60 in here right now and dropping fast. I turned the emergancy heat on and am going to give it about 15 or so minutes to see if I can get some hot air from the weather strips kicking.

Oh no! Get some heating blankets. We had that happen during that ice storm last year. I put both of the kids in bed with me and we did fine. I hope you get that fixed soon.

 

Its very cold out. FF took the trash out and he was shivering coming back in. I hate it when its so cold out it hurts. Our bedroom is in the basement and it gets really cold down there. I put extra blankets on the kids beds when its this cold out. I have a heating blanket on our bed.

My room is on the southwest corner of the house, furthest from the heater, and the most exposed. Needless to say I've broken out the space heater this evening.

Just went out to the car and thermometer here said 0... Nose hairs and eyebrows were frozen on the way back inside. Brutal out there. If you have pets please be sure to bring them in!!!

Not yet. They were born on Thursday. She has some great looking puppies in the past. A beagle with basset ears would be too cute.

I have to wake up at 6:30 for work tomorrow morning....:cry: Not looking forward to it.
