I'd say 9/17 from the field is pretty efficient. He was also 19/22 on his FT's.

Actually he was 17-22 from the line ... you have to like that he got to the line a lot and the seven steals.

Hood is an excellent high school player.

 

You've got to get the ball in Hood's hands at the end of the game.

They did and he missed a big free throw with the game tied at 67. He went 1/2 with 15 seconds left. Would have put them up two instead of one. He played well though. He had to do it all: handle the ball, rebound and score
