Holmes will be tested this weekend at the Bryan Station Tourney.

Games with Knox Central, Tates Creek, Ballard and one other game to be announced.

 

This week end will be a good test to see where they are and how they respond to knocking off such a good team. Henley has to keep hammering in their heads how good they can be if they play defense. It was on full display last night.

I think all of Riley's threes were pretty open except one. I know that Guyn was guarding him on at least 2-3 of the shots. How many assists and turnovers did Riley have?

 

I'm not sure how open or guarded he was but on at least two of them he had to be at least 23 feet away.

JaMel Riley is the most underrated player in the state and he is the difference in this game with his shooting ability and handling the ball. Holmes defense was also very good, but ultimately Riley made all the difference.

 

Riley was fun to watch at UK's Elite Camp. He played a pure point guard role when he had some serious scorers on the wings and he did it well. Great distributor who can score.
