Is Kelly milking the TN rumors. After the game Saturday, he talked about how the UC program is on the right track, but there are things that still have to be done (i.e. the practice facility, salary, etc...)

 

He told Cutler that he would not entertain talks with TN until the season was over, thus saying is interested. IMO, the TN talk, whether legit or not gives Kelly a tremendous advantage with negotiations with UC. But, if TN goes a different direction and it's announced within the next few weeks, does UC reneg on things like the practice facility and others?

No. The project is only scheduled to take a few months and could be taken care of in the spring and early summer. The deadline is December 09...
