Don't tempt the already tempted. Plus, I agree with you for different reasons because of travelling 600 miles to Henderson, Ky and back is a long round trip.

I totally disagree TTC. I love Thanksgiving. No costumes, no shopping, no pressure. Just good food, friends and family.

I have worked retail and done church music long enough in my life that I don't really love Christmas anymore. It is too much work for me. Of course knowing the reasons why it is December 25th also takes away some of the religious mystique for me as well.

 

Halloween is "meh" and I get annoyed at being forced to dress up by my significant other for a party I probably don't give a rat about going to.

 

Thanksgiving, is low stress, high enjoyment.

 

 

Oh and PepRock's family has far more food than most on Thanksgiving, and different styles.

Thanksgiving is the second best holiday of the year.

Before I joined this site I really enjoyed reading your posts but like TTC said I haven't seen you on much.

Thanks very much. I just don't have the time to post as much as I used to but still feel like I know everyone. BGP is on the top of my "favorites center" of my computer.
