Hopefully GC you might be able to watch PC play at the BOK in March.

Yes I know it is a Saturday game, but on weekends I go up and see my parents in Morgan Co that are not in good health. But I will have parents calling me and giving me updates.:thumb:

Not this year, but Robbie Stenzel of GRC started as a 8th grader, and played in the State Tourney.

He will also play for one of Kentucky's top aau team in the newly formed Kentucky Elite Basketball which features some of the top kids in the state in the class of 2013.

Mason Monroe will play for Pendleton County and be a nice addition.

It will be fun to watch him play high school basketball for the next 5 years.

The folks from Pendleton are excited about watching this youngster play.

He has yet to play a game of high school ball but already has several colleges interested in him. He has had some major exposure playing AAU ball and has had two outstanding D1National tournaments the last two years. He was invited and had a very good showing this summer at the JR All American camp outside of Washington DC for the top middle school players in the country. Christian played D1 Nationals for the past5 years with the NKY Tarheels and back with his coach James Pouncy this year. He gets the most out of his players. It will be fun to watch Monroe and McClendon for the next 5 years grow as players and young men.

The Manning kid played varsity for Scott Co. last year. Hes a very impressive prospect. Also Knox Central had an 8th grader play varsity, last year, but I can't remember his name.

Russell had a 7th grader, Kyle Skaggs, last season. He'll obviously be playing this season as an 8th as well.

Do you think he is only player in state to do this? I don't know too many kids personally, but know several that are held back for what ever reasons.
