playoff game against Pitt, where your kicker missed the winning fg and flopped because a DB landed beside him. He laughed about it in the locker room in an interview saying " I should get an acedemy award".

When did that happen? I really don't remember it for some reason.

It sounds like a good story though.

I am not a fan of one particular team right now. Growing up, it was the Steelers. My little league team was the Steelers and we went 2 straight seasons and never lost a game. I had 2 letters from Chuck Knoll congratulating our team. I have a picture when I was around 12 years old with Rocky Blier.

This decade, one of Tenn playoff runs.

Green Bay Packers

I was 11 when Favre and the Packers won the championship in Super Bowl XXXI and I have been a fan ever since. Favre was my favorite player and I loved watching him play for Green Bay for so long. When all of the craziness happened this summer and Favre ended up with the Jets, I had to decide if I was a fan of the Packers or just of Favre. I decided to stick with the Pack.

Im embarrassed to say this especially after last week but I am and will always be a Jacksonville Jaguars fan.

I'll get you a brown paper bag this weekend :-D

If they lose to Detriot this weekend, I'm not watching another football game all year.

The Boys to back when Emmitt was the best player in pro football.

How Bout them Cowboys.

I just cannot remember that one for some reason.

Oh well.

I'll give you one guess who my favorite team is.

I started liking the Giants because of my uncle. When I was very young, probably in 3rd grade, I started playing football and I began watching pro football too. My uncle was a Giants fan, I think because he liked Phil Simms (who played college football at Morehead St.). I have been a huge Giants fan ever since then...through the Kent Graham and Dave Brown years...which were very bad.

Nice story, and thats why although we may get into it because of our teams, I'll always respect ya HB because you are a true blue Giants fan and have been for a while. One thing I hate more than anything is a bandwagon jumper, and thats one of the last things that would come to mind when thinking of you and the Giants. :thumb: (although homers another story :D)

But seriously, something you may like is that when I was two or three years old, someone in my family bought all of my cousins and I those little football suits with helmets and everything. We'll I think my cousins had like Steelers, Bears, and Browns or something like that, and I had a big Phil Simms giants jersey plus helmet. Well, when I was about four or five or as I say old enough to know better, I one day ripped the sticker off the Giants helmet I had, cut out a paper star and glued it to the side of the helmet (imagine how this looked coming from a five year old). Anyway my parents asked me why I done that for (my father being a die hard KC Chiefs fan) and I told them I couldn't stand to have anything that said Giants on it, I was a Cowboys fan. Of course my parents got a kick out of this being I was just five years old. So needless to say only football attire or collectible I've gotten from anyone in the fam since has been Cowboys attire.

So who cracks the "other" list right now...

1 - St. Louis Rams

1 - Jacksonville Jaguars

Who is the other?

Unfortunately the Bengals. Also will be a Cincinnati fan no matter how much I get laughed at by outsiders.

5Wide, the Music City Miracle and that Rams SB I rooted my heart out for the Titans and was devastated. I remember owning an Eddie George jersey as a kid and I don't think I took it off the whole week leading up to that Rams SB. Something about George and McNair back then really made me root for the Titans when they were on. :thumb:
