November 5, 200817 yr Trading for him just 8 months ago and giving him a $70 million contract, the Raiders have cut DeAngelo Hall.. Sources believe that Javon Walker will also be cut in the upcoming days.
November 5, 200817 yr I'm sure everyone here thought the contract given to Hall was ridiculous and now turning around and doing this is ridiculous. I guess what's even more sad is that this isn't surprising anymore. Truly unbelievable what has happened to that franchise.
November 6, 200817 yr Author I would like for the Browns to sign him. They need help at the CB spot..Although not their biggest need.
November 6, 200817 yr Wow, I really can't believe this.. I like Hall, hopefully he goes somewhere I can actually cheer for him
November 6, 200817 yr 48 tackles, 3 interceptions, and 13 pass defenses. Where did he deserve to be cut?
November 6, 200817 yr In his eight games in Oakland, Hall was beaten 40 times for 552 yards on 66 passes thrown his way, according to data compiled by STATS LLC. He gave up more yards than any defender this season and was tied for third worst in catches allowed. Nevermind just saw this in the article on nfl.com.
November 6, 200817 yr Author Nevermind just saw this in the article on nfl.com. According to the Raiders they cut him because he never adapted to their defensive scheme and they wanted to cut him so they could give a bigger pay raise to their younger CB...Can't spell his name though.
November 6, 200817 yr He was WAY overpaid and overrated IMO. Davis makes Mike Brown look average which is pretty sad. I liked the Raiders when I was young but feel for them now that I'm old enough to understand what a sorry organization Al runs! They are a laughing stock! They had MINUS yds at halftime last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Asomugha? I can't spell it either, and I didn't even bother looking it up.
November 6, 200817 yr Author Asomugha? I can't spell it either, and I didn't even bother looking it up. I think so...
November 6, 200817 yr I was wondering what happend to Javon Walker...he has kinda fallen off the map.
