sidelinedoc
Cornhole is set up with spotlights and the fire pit has wood in it ready to light and Cathy's in the kitchen. Can you smell the love???????
HooftheRams
The players have spoken and we are having hot fudge cake for dessert. We are meeting at 5pm so they can play cornhole before it gets dark! I think it will be a lot of fun once again this week! My nine year old step-daughter is awe-struck over these teenage boys, especially #45. I'd love to have a picture of "the Tots" for the senior board - think Cathy might have one I can borrow? Mom55
Mix in a bowl: (2) 8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) (1) cup Ranch dressing (2) 5 oz cans of chicken 3/4 cup Red Hot Sauce Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with shredded cheese and bake another 15 minutes. Thanks for the recipe, I've copied a couple of yours in the last few weeks. I'm working on a Tailgate Recipe Book for the Moms at GCHS if you would share any of your recipes - I would add them to my "book".

You'll have to private messege me and I'll give you our home number so my wife, Cathy, can give you anything she has done so far.

sidelinedoc
The menu is set for this week. Cathy is once again fixing the buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer (at the players request). The main course will be fixed by Sidelinedoc, Chili and peanut butter sandwiches. Cathy hasn't decided on a dessert, but it is primarily up to the boys anyway. Dr. Johnson's Chili recipe: 2 pounds ground chuck 64 oz tomato juice 2 cans red kidney beans 2 cans hot chili beans bottle KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce chili power minced onions crushed red pepper garlic powder (optional)
