Sent Vernon Davis off the field for his unsportsmanlike penalty. Bring him to Cincy!

Coach Singletary's comments were great! Thatll be big on ESPN for years to come.

What did he say?

Sent Vernon Davis off the field for his unsportsmanlike penalty. Bring him to Cincy!

And if Singletary were working for Mike Brown, Brown would've sent Davis right back onto the field, with express comments from the owner to the effect of "I'm not paying him to sulk in the locker room."

I love everything he said.

I just became a fan of Singletary.

He'd be absolutely crazy to come, at least the weather is warm in SF

Instant fan of his now.

Did anyone see the FOX sideline reporter ask Singletary what advice Bill Walsh gave him after he was hired this week?

There was a video on YouTube but it has since been taken down for obvious reasons.

I heard she asked if he called Bill Walsh after he was given the head coaching job. I didn't see the video because it was taken down rather quickly, but I heard it was awkward.

I love everything he said.

I agree completely.

Didn't get to see it. Care to expound?

Bill Walsh is dead. Has been dead for about a year. It's unlikely he made the call to Singletary. Singletary just kind of looked at her and she couldn't figure out what she did wrong.

I feel like an idiot. Going to bang my head against the wall now.

There may be a sideline reporter's job open at Fox. I think you're qualified.
