New Top 25 Poll

Featured Replies

Based on what? Who they've played?

Well there is Auburn, who's inept offense was exposed by Miss State and Vandy, then those powerhouses App State and North Texas. This is the first real offense LSU has faced and they got their tails handed to them. #13 sounds about right to me.

Not to me. They are better than that. They will be there in the end.

I look for Georgia to keep moving back up. I personally think that they should be higher than #10 now.

Exactly what some of the announcers said today on ESPN. Went from 1st to out of the top 10 in no time.

LSU is better than #13.

I disagree. How can you say this? Ole Miss is a mediocre team (3-3) and beat Florida, Florida killed LSU by 30pts., not even close. This was LSU's first real test this year, and they got bombed. LSU has 2 challenging games left Georgia, and Alabama. Let's see how they do with those. Too much credit is given to some of these SEC teams.

If you're voting on this poll, it's hard to justify not dropping them that far when they gave up 51 points.

Totally agree, and that was LSU's first test of the year, and they got bombed!

13 may be too good for them. They looked flat terrible.

No it isn't.

I'd rearrange 4-8 to be this:

4. Florida

5. USC

6. Oklahoma

7. Oklahoma State

8. Texas Tech

The rest looks good.

We'll just agree, to disagree. :p

I wouldn't put USC in the top 5, ahead of OU, or OK State, I would put them 7th out of those 5..

I agree. If Ohio State got dropped 8 spots by getting blown out by a team ranked HIGHER than them...then I have no problem with LSU getting dropped 10 by getting destroyed by a team ranked LOWER than them.

Unfortunately for Tiger fans...LSU is probably not as bad as they looked in this one, and likewise, Florida may not be as good (especially since they've already gotten beat!). It just happened to be "one of those nights".

Hate to say this, but I'm a honest fan. I see us about 5 or 6 and the Rebels/Nutt will test us. vols you know will be up for us, they beat us and their coach gets another extension.

LSU is waiting for their former coach to show up and Mississippi State well beat us last year.

war buzzards beats us and their coach gets a lifetime contract even if they lose all the other games.

Even if we win out we have the Gators/Georgia again.
