'Bama is better than Florida, and this weekends games showed it.

Thats an interesting opinion considering they haven't played any common opponents and there is no way of really comparing the 2 at this point.

 Okay.

 Okay.

Its like saying Ohio St. is better than Florida 2 years ago based on what they did in the Big 10 compared to what Florida did in the SEC. There is no way of really comparing the 2 at this point. To make bold statements like that seems like just a knee-jerk reaction.

Don't get me wrong, I am not predicting UK will beat Alabama, but Alabama and other schools still have a lot of football left to play.

Then I ask you, is Florida better than Alabama?

Then I ask you, is Florida better than Alabama?

Its impossible to answer that. That is my point. I think when its all said and done Florida will probably prove to be a better team than Ole Miss. I think Florida will end up having more success and what not. Same goes for USC and Ole Miss. I think to say Alabama at this point is proven to be better than Florida is jumping the gun.

I do believe Georgia is better than Ole Miss.:thumb:

Stop playing dumb...AT THIS POINT, RIGHT NOW, is Florida better than Alabama?

I have no idea and neither do you. I am just making a point that it would be very debatable.

At this point in time I think Alabama is better than Florida. I also think that at this point in time UK is better than Ole Miss. That said I think it will be a tall order for the Cats to upset the Tide.

In your opinion who is better?

Does UK have a chance? Sure. But not as good as last year's team. The defense is better this year, no doubt, but the Cats will still probably be without Micah Johnson and that hurts. Also, the WRs HAVE TO START CATCHING THE BALL!!! At least 4 drops in the first half alone. Even the INT was right off the WRs hands. Joker said after the game that 'I keep telling myself these are young players, but at some point, that has to stop and we have to start making the plays we need to make. So far, that hasn't happened.' If the Cats have the droppsies against Bama, it will be a long day. Also, this will be far and away the best O'line UK has seen all year. The 'runt' is Bama's center who is 305 lbs!

Do I think the Cats can win? Absolutely. Will they win? Chances are slim. We can hope for an emotional letdown from the Tide, but generally speaking, Saban's teams come out focused and ready to play from the get go. Just ask UGA. I can't see Saban (who I dislike immensely, but have to respect) letting his kids get too high on themselves and overlooking UK. He will remind them what UK did to LSU last year to get their attention as well as Oregon State beating USC, etc.

I do like what I am seeing from Hartline, .. but the WRs and TE's HAVE to start making the plays. That kept the Cats from blowing the WKU game open early.

I was at this one, sitting in one of the end zone bleachers. Had a good time.

 Okay, LMB.

Thats okay if you want to be one of these people who jump to a conclusion early in the year and get burnt. :thumb:

You were probably one of those people who had already handed USC the championship or thought UL was a top 10 team last year going into the season and said UK had no chance against them.:sssh:
