September 21, 200818 yr I'll also toss these two out there as great sidekicks. Manny-Scarface The Indian who rode with Eastwood in The Outlaw Josey Wales Lone Watie played by Chief Dan George. He did cross my mind. "It's a piece of rock candy. But it ain't for eatin', it's for lookin' through."

September 23, 200818 yr I'm dissappointed... Trent Walker (Vince Vaughn) from Swingers. SO money. That's "Double-Down" Trent to you, buddy.
September 23, 200818 yr He was also a good sidekick in "Little Big Man". I believe he received an Academy Award nomination for his performance.
September 23, 200818 yr Is it my imagination, or are there more famous sidekicks in television and more of them? Barney Fife is the first that come to my mind, but there are dozens that we could list (and maybe already have here on BGP).
September 23, 200818 yr Jerry Reed...Smokey and the Bandit Nicely done. Definately one of the best sidekicks in movieland.
