I was at the opening game of the year for LCA. If Campbellsville don't get 2 TD's called back, could have been a different outcome. I don't know much about Raceland, but if they hold LCA under 35 points, they are in the game. I am going to say:

LCA - 35

Our local new tonight gave the eary forecast for Friday .....Wind and rain, with rain lingering into the evening during the football games.

 

Of course with our weather it is very hard to tell that far in advance....."If you don't like the weather here just wait about 15minutes, it will change".

I look for a great game with a slight edge to which defense wants it more! Does Hayden still play LB? Last year I thought he did more damage on the defensive side than offensive. This year the Rams DB's are better and the guys up front are bigger and stronger. I 'll say Raceland 29-28 OT.

I just want to throw my opinion in. Both teams are experienced and both teams know how to win. This game will come down to desire and heart. Everyone on both sidelines know what is at stake with this game. Both teams have goals and the first one is a district championship. Neither team gets that without this win. Both teams are the stand outs in our district and I am quite sure neither team wants to make the trip to the other teams field come November. I look for a fantastic and entertaining game. I am obviously biased and believe that our Rams will come out victorious, but only with the "pitbull" mentality they have had the last two weeks. Good luck to both teams and let's stay injury free!

1. I don't know about that Karma guy, he has a tendancy not to show up at times. However.......... Denton, Carver, Boyles, Selvage along with quite few others have been playing well.

 

2. I don't think that the fire engines have been out this season, the Rams sites are set on much bigger things this year.

(that and with the price of gas they had to cut back:eek:)

 

I think I saw the fire trucks up on Raceland hill when I was coming back from Ashland.
