I agree with the general sentiment that St. X will win, probably big. But it is Male, and Bobby-boy is still coach, so it wouldn't shock me if it was much closer than anticipated.

X wins by 25+.

Bobby will have Male ready for this game. Male still has weapons that can beat you. St.X wins late.

St. X won't need to for this game. It's a rout. Central lacks discipline and handed Male their heads. Central's kicking game is not good and Male could not take advantage.

Male is not very good! I saw the Fairdale game and they gave Male all they wanted. Also Male cant practice since school has been canceled due to power outage from the storms. If this game is played St.X wins big.

I wonder whether any games will be played in Jefferson County friday night....school is out again...if they have school Thursday that leaves basically one day of preperation.

JCPS announced all High School games/events are canceled until further notice. I'm not sure if school is in session on Thursday and Friday if the games could be postponed until Saturday or even Sunday???

Yes they lack a real Kicking game but thats mainly due to the fact that a majority of the team didn't practice those skills in little league or play a soccer as a secondary sport like the Catholic School kickers do. Don't think they have had one personal foul or defensive offsides all season. :madman:

If I had to guess, I'd venture thsrocks meant that they can let their nerves get to them, like the 4th quarter of a Manual game. Not that it can't happen to a disciplined team in their first game, but that's what I thought he was subtly referring to. I could be wrong.

Two very good teams. Hard to determine the outcome!

We can both specualte as to what he meant but one doesn't right lacks discipline when he means to say they can let their nerves get to them. Having seen both games I can tell you that the team that showed up against Manual was night and day from the one that beat Male. They had 8 turnovers vs Manual and none vs. Male that and controlling the line of scrimmage were the difference. That being said I think Male keeps it close.
