Was actually 47-0. Mercer dominated this game.

Whats going on at LC? They are 0-3

Lost players I hear. They had some great talent last year that they lost.

So LC is rebuilding?

IMO, LC lost some talent last year. They lost one heck of a coach in French and I think the Pats are definitely rebuilding. Nothing against Mercer's accomplishments last night, they did totally dominate the game. The Titans are a much improved team from last year and should look for advancement come playoff time. I just don't think measuring the Titans' abilities agains LC is a good measuring stick at this time.

Yes. They all were rushing except one punt return for a TD.

 

Mercer dominated the game, I expected them to beat LC, but not this bad. This is one of the worse losses I can ever remember in Death Valley. LC is rebuilding, but still shouldn't be getting beat like this.

Mercer has a good football team and will be a force to be reckoned with down the road. Thier line and linebackers looked awesome and they have some good depth.

 

Lincoln had at least 7 to 8 players on the field throughout the night that played in the JV game on Monday and will play in this Monday's JV game. Not only are they rebuilding they have been decimated by injuries. Edwards could barely walk at the begininning. Hopefully LC fans will not jump ship and the open date will give them time to regroup and get healthy. This team has some potential but has a very slim margin of error.

Good point, you can't withstand injuries when you have no backups, this is going to be a long year in Stanford. However, I think they have a great staff in place that will rebuild the program. The "team" has been good the past couple of years. But, that is the problem, it was a good team/not program.
