Final. Congrats to Richard Wills as he throw his first varsity TD. Sorry FC maybe next year, expect a run down of the game. Ludlow played their hearts out tonight. Good luck the rest of the season. Bellevue keep it going I want to hear that fight song next week when you take on the Breds.

Great job to both teams. Ludlow really hung in their for a while. I hope to see both of these teams do well through the rest of the season!

Good Job Tigers! Happy to see Wills get a TD even though he made his receiver completely stop his route. LOL Here is something I want to know; How many after contact yards does Buckler have? That kids is something special! His feet never stop moving. Tiger LB's, Great Job recognizing the screen! This was a great game! Keep it up Coach Eckstein!

Good win for the Tigers. Ludlow has a descent team this year and I expect them to be in the playoffs this season. Bellevue has a good team this season and plays hard and never stops coming after you.

Way to B-town, one step closer to the playoffs.. Ludlow played great, quarterback even played in his cast, amazing heart.. Next is the boys on the hill, work hard.. GATA!!!

A real good game. Bellevue won the 2nd half and Buckler is a tough running back. Ludlow played a solid game and will bounce back next week against Dayton.

Buckler had 204 on 33 carries and Barrett had 104 on 16 carries.

First congrats to Bellevue on the win. I said if Ludlow was going to win it would probably have to be a low scoring game. Once Bellevue got their offense going though and started getting points, I knew we were in some trouble. The offense is still getting use to the new system at Ludlow, so it has to be led by the defense. The defense in the second half couldn't stop the run though.

 

The big point in the game came after Ludlow stopped Bellevue on 4 straight down from inside the 3. However on the very next play Bellevue got a safety go to up 8 to 7, and then scored a touchdown right after that. That play my fellow Ludlow fans was not suppose to be a pass play like we all thought at the time in the stands. It was suppose to be a run up the middle, but there was some confusion there with the backup QB in for that play.

 

Just now have to learn from some of the mistakes in this game, and get ready now for an even bigger game next week against Dayton. I'm sure Coach Hornsby will have the team ready to play and hopefully will get that 3 seed now.
