Score is much closer than this game was .Could of easily been much worse.BW had trouble holding on to the ball .Teiple ran well behind a great job by the line ,huge holes at times .Nice to see Colosimo back at fullback.Teiple had alot of yards again.I do not know exact stats ,sorry unc-5.

BW owned the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball .QB for Lloyd had little time to do much .

Several guys played and played well .Several sophs helping where they can,special teams and such.If BW holds on to the ball they score at least 48.

#5 for Lloyd can FLY.The kickoff return he had was nice for Lloyd.

Beechwood did not look good they came out flat. Lloyd really impressed me.

I must admit, the boys did look a little flat. Lloyd traditionally always comes out ready to play Beechwood, and we were not quite as ready.

 

However, one thing I know about Beechwood football is that those boys get better and better as the season goes on.

Yes. They are well coached and they always get better. I think they need to come out with the same intensity they do when they play NCC or CCH

Thats not what I meant, I just meant they gave Beechwood a closer game than I thought it would be.

Lloyd had many bright spots all throughout the night. They gave Beechwood a lot more than what they expected. Take the punt return TD away and a few mistakes made by Lloyd and the outcome would have been very different. This game was not a blow out by any means. So really, THERE SHOULDN'T BE A REASON TO NOT BE IMPRESSED. Lloyd is not getting enough credit this year. They were beating SK for half the game, and stayed in it the entire time. They have played two tough teams, and could have won both. I really don't understand why anyone wouldn't be impressed...

I wasn't there but just going on what I am reading, if BHS doesn't fumble twice on two long drives, this game probably isn't close at all. Seems the two special teams TD's equal themselves out. So, are you saying Lloyd could have won this game?

I must be missing something .BW fumbled at least 5 times on hand offs or just losing the ball (1 may have come due to a hit).2 were in the midst of BW driving.BW completely owned the line both sides of the ball MOST of the night.IMO,if you can't hardly move the ball it is hard to score .If you take a few Lloyd mistakes away ,how many fumbles are you going to give back to BW?

Isn't Lloyd in the same district with NCC? If so they will finsh 2nd at best ,IMO.
