Quan Weaver led the Panthers in rushing tonight with 216 yards on 16 carries. Keri Metcalfe had another good night throwing the football. Panthers Control this game for 3 quarters. They had a TD called back and turned it over in the red zone twice. They are young but still improving. Defense was solid again.

Congrats to the Panthers.:thumb:

Looks like business as usual for the Panthers!Sounds like the young line might be making some nice blocks. BTW are you dry yet JVDFC?

Not just yet Grid, trying though. You looked pretty soaked yourself.:laugh:

Quan Weaver had a great game on both sides of the ball. He seems to have a nose for the ball. He also had several BIG tackles and an interception tonight. The defense played well, also; they gave us some yardage but came up with the stops when they needed to. The young O line is doing a good job, and will get better as the season goes on (won't they, Coach B?). I was also impressed with Keri Metcalf's passing. The radio announcers after the game said he was 4 for 6 for 111 yards. He was accurate with his passes; all the recievers had to do was run under the ball and there it was.

Spencer County played with a lot of heart tonight. They are moving in the right direction.

Good job, Panthers!

Way to go Panthers...Keep up the good work. :thumb:

Great play selection Panther's Offensive Cordinator! Frankfort looked tough in this one, Weaver had a great game, I love to see Frankfort throw, i think in my opinion, if Frankfort is going to walk away with most of their wins this season, Metcalf is going to have to hook up with Tillman, Hall, Mason a whole lot more...Frankfort has a lot of receivers that can line up, throw throw throw!!!

Congratulations Panthers! 2-0.

Frankfort needs to get some players back. Had way to many out this week due to grades. Hopefully those young guys will realize what they are missing and get to work in the class room.

I have to say Frankfort played an all- around great game. Weaver was running hard kinda reminds me of Micheal Hogan just big strong and fast...Metcalf also had an nice game throwing the ball just throw it up to tillman and he will go get it. Marcus Washington a nice young talant show the coaches what his was capable of last night also... I too like to see Frankfort throwing the ball.

On another note D. Floyd you need to be on that field you will regret it when it's all over. As for players not being able to play cause grades you also will regret it...you wanna play football you gotta make the grades.
