Now who is the best post player in the girls 12th?

 

Kendra Brown is the best post player. Hammonds is overated, wait and see. The season is here and its game time!

It is between Brown and Salyers. Both are great and also great kids.

I agree with that oldballcoach. I know we may have butted heads a few times, but I think it was a travesty Saylers was left off the Cats Pause list. Saylers or Brown are definately the top 2 big players in the 12th region.

I also think that Kendra shoulda been ranked on Rick Bolus. Rankings are what they are someones opinion. Both Salyers and Brown will be playing at the next level and that is great for the kids.

I don't even have a daughter, Bronco. You need to start getting your facts straight. There are things I would say in this thread about you, but it would get me removed.

 

If Waters was such a good coach, then he would have had success and all the success that you say he has had (turning teams around to win).

 

Waters is a bad coach and clueless in preparing a team or plays.

 

And with Waters at the head coach, there is a 0% chance it would be at the top of the 12th Region anytime. Not only would that not happen, it wouldn't even be top three in the district. Wayne, Southwestern, and Monticello all have better coaches.

Have not heard anything either. Is all the girls from McCreary playing this year? I know practice has started and now everyone that is going to play is on the court.

A kid from Pulaski (boys) tried to transfer down to McCreary a couple of years ago but never got ruled eligible by the KHSAA. I can't remember his name. Bronco or SSF either of you know the issues with his eligibility and if they are similar to that of the Morrow girl. Also what's the deal with the wrestling thing that you mentioned SSF?

I am not 100% for sure but I think his name was Hyden and if my memory serves me correctly it was almost the exact same circumstances.

 

By the way, the last I heard was the KHSAA ruled that Morrow was ineligible and would have to sit out a year. Has anyone heard of any further appeals?

I think you're right Broncco. I'm not sure the Pulaski boy's family moved to McCreary County, tho. The Morrow girls family accually moved to Wayne, didn't they? I heard there might be some injuries to McCreary's team, any news about that? Is the Vanover girl in a cast?

She's not more impressive to me now than she was when the season started. Of course, I have said all along that she is the best in the 12th region this year and one of the best ever, so all she did for me was live up to expectations. She is a great player (I know) and a great kid (from what I hear) and as fans of the 12th Region we should enjoy the next 3 weeks.
