Norfolk St./Kentucky

 Go shut down the Tigers duo RBs and all ACC QB and talk to me.

If memory serves me correct KY did handle Clemson the last time they matched up in a bowl game. KY was the dog in that game to a Clemson team loaded with speed.

Not sure what the score will be, but this will be the first UK game I've ever attended. I'm excited!

This is one of only a couple shots for UK to score 28+ points this season.

UK 30

NS 6

Is the Cats the same team, is the Tigers, is Bama?

Confucius say let one game go to head and season be bitter.

I would say we better let 'Bama play a few more games before we pencil them into the national title game. That being said, I really hope both teams are undefeated when they meet.

With the extra day in preparation, I see the Cats truly rolling...

49 - 6, CATS

After what we saw last week I can't image the UK defense allowing them very much, but they can score as they did put up 47 pts. vs. Virginia State last week.

The responses in this thread are probably going to be more enteraining than the game.

Why is Kentucky even playing Norfolk St?

Since the WildCats have only one cat in their logo and the Spartans have two, I will take Norfolk St. 25-19.

How about that, Norfolk St has a Louisville kid on their roster, Corwin Hammond, he is a redshirt freshman this year.

Wireman, who mentioned "National Title Game" certainly not me. I stated that Bama beat an over rated team very bad, and the Cats should walk to Tuscaloosa undefeated, but don't compare teams from previous teams.

We play Georgia at Athens on September 27th, so we might be beat up for the next week. If we get by the Bulldogs the Cats could play with us, if we lose to them...well let the game be played.

After losing at home to ULM, I take nothing for granted.

I'm just playing with you, AL - I really hope that both teams are undefeated heading into the UK game. What would be a major game of the week, which is great for both programs :thumb:

OK, Thanks. I need to chill, its gonna be a long season. My 11 year old likes the Cats and Momma loves the Cards and he has been giving her some smack.

He asked for a UK shirt at the store and he bought it for him but she told him he had to wear it at the Cats/Bama game. He told her..."Mom I can't pull against Bama, they are my favorite team just ahead of Kentucky."

I also would love to see both teams undefeated. Should be 3:30 kickoff on CBS. Look for me I'll be wearing some Bama stuff. :jump:

All defense, welcoming in the 2008-09 season at Commonwealth with a big fat YO!

UK 42 NS-2 (Hartline)
