This has the potential to be a very good game. Fort Campbell is ranked #1 in 2A, has won 14 straight games with their last loss coming at the hands of Warren East. Warren East is ranked #5 in 4A and returns a lot of experience from last year’s squad. Each team has a new QB this year and each has a D-1 recruit at LB. I would say this is Fort Campbell’s toughest regular season game this year. I believe the key to FC winning is that they cannot turn the ball over and commit costly penalties. Both teams have a lot of athletes and speed; one costly turnover could decide this game.

Warren East 28

If FC can eliminate penalties in critical situations and execute sound tackling, I think they will be fine.

Warren East 14

This should be a great game and I think it could go either way, The team that has the least turnovers will win.

Warren East 24

FC 28-21

Warren East won by 25 last year and return several starters.

I think Ft Campbells always had the talent, but, traditionally, they would lay an egg in the playoffs, up until last year. I believe that barrier is now behind them and the confidence factor is there, unlike in the past. They seem to be playing with a little swagger now and thats a bigger factor than most give credit for. WEast is one of the favorites to represent the west in 4a this year and will be a firm test for the Falcons. I would normally pick the larger enrolled school in this situation, as a good 4a team will normally beat a good 2a team, but, considering Ft Campbell dresses about 65-70 kids and have talent 2 deep in almost every position, I don't think the 4a/2a label will have any bearing in this one.... Ft Campbell 28 W.East 20

Fort Campbell 28-25.

Is this game going to be broadcast on the web anywhere?

http://www.oldies1480.com airs all Ft. Campbell Football games live so that those of us who are deployed or will be soon can listen from Iraq/Afghanistan or anywhere else we may be at the moment.

I see Fort Campbell winning a close one........28-21.

I am a bit surprised only 8 people choose Warren East considering they beat Fort Campbell last year and have a darn good team this year. With that said, I'm happy to see the faith in the Falcons and hope they play to thier full potential tonight and DON'T TURN THE BALL OVER. Good luck all and can't wait till game time.

Gonna throw some more gas on the fire here with my vote, see if I can get Cynical to burst a blood vessel.

I think Fort Campbell wins a close one, with the major advantage being they're at home. But I can all but guarantee it won't be a 21 point margin. East lost some good players from last year, but the cupboard is far from bare. If FC thinks they'll walk over the Raiders, they're mistaken.
