One other thing I haven't seen mentioned, this pick also throws a fly in the ointment of McCain being an extension of Bush, because Palin is definitely not Dick Cheney.

You said he was totally inexperienced (your words). If Lincoln had enough experience to lead the United States through its darkest hour and save the Union, and Obama has almost exactly the same experience, explain to me again how his experience is inadequate?

The US Senate voted 98-0 to protect newborns from infanticide. Even some of the women who Rush Limbaugh refers to as feminazis thought Obama went too far in opposing a nearly identical bill in the Illinois State Senate. Mainstream liberals should not be tarred with Barack Obama's extremist views unless they defend those positions.
