'Welcome To The Jungle', 'Sweet Child O' Mine' & 'Paradise City' were all their hits from the 80's. 'Knockin' on Heaven's Door', 'Civil War' & 'November Rain' were a few hits from them in the 90's. And Axl still sounds like a pack of yowling cats.

September 7, 200818 yr Even more so than Metallica or White Zombie? White Zombie definitly gets a vote for a great band, but doesnt hold a candle to Pantera as far as metal goes. Metallica buried their thrash metal roots once they released the Black Album in '91. They became a hard rock band and have stayed true to that genre since releasing albums such as Load, Reload, Garage Inc. etc. Pantera changed metal.

I have to say that from of some of the clips and the new video of the song The day that never comes...Metallica has meet us critics in the middle...This song has the load vocals sound and the And Justice for all Music...Which I can live with...It's not James fault that He can actually sing...A song called my apocalypse now is old school...:thumb::ylsuper: ^The that never comes video...Cool Video... My apocalypse song is old school...Except Lars snare is is still a little high... IMO...The best thing to happen to Metallica is if they keep this album as far away from the mainstream as they can... Also they should try to stay away from big arenas...Which will be tough...I would love to see Metallica at The Louisville Gardens one more time...Which Is where I seen them my first time/And Justice for all......
