September 10, 200818 yr What do you think of Post #82 Jim? I'm not a big fan of Bone Thugs 'N' Harmony, but it's a solid list otherwise. I think of Eric B and Rakim as more of an '80s act. I might also sub in EPMD somewhere.
September 10, 200818 yr Had a friend who was a huge Zepplin fan also. All I ever heard when I went over to his house was "they're back together." Techniquely they were not, but all he listened to was the No Quarter album which was released by Page and Plant when they were on tour in the mid 90's. Page and Plant got together to do a few various things through the 90's here and there but nothing significant to being a Zeppelin comeback or anything close to it. The only Zeppelin type comeback of any significance since Bonzo passed in 80' was last Decembers show at the o2 arena in England where Plant, Page, and Jones teamed up with Bonzo's son Jason (who rocked the skins) for the first Zeppelin show in around thirty years. A show that was very monumental and still gives American Zeppelin fans hope that there is still a chance of seeing them come back one more time perhaps to play the Garden one more time.
