They don't have them at any of the Wendy's I've been too, and just because it's on the site doesn't mean every store has them..

 

Such as: Hardee's back home has a 99 cent spicy chicken sandwhich, I tried ordering one in morehead and they've never heard of it..

 

Just some things are regional.
