How will the young Birds do this year compared to last years freshman class? I hear they open with NC and then Covington Catholic.

Are they deviating from the normal "Big School" schedule? Scott was always the opener.

I'm loving the fact that we are playing NC. I don't know if I heard this right but I thought someone said that this could be another large group. I certainly hope so.

Who are some of the players for this freshmen group?

Heard a new family moved to town over the winter. They apparently have two very good athletes in the family. I think one is in the 6th grade now and the other is an eighth grader. From what I hear, the "freshman to be" is a stud and should fit in nicely at running back and at linebacker. Another linebacker. You got to love it!

These freshman have great talent in the backfield but they got some studs on the line and one of them is the leader of the team his name is Napier!!!!

The young Napier is indeed a "HOSS!" Another one of those great Blue team linemen!!!

A few names to look for are Ringwald, Towels, Meyer, McGurn, and New. I know there are many more. I'm just alittle out of the loop on this age group, in otherwords, I'm getting too old, but I know there are a few posters on here that could fill us in on this group.
