April 27, 200818 yr Gotta make a pizza run. If the Chargers don't go DB then that might be where the move is made to get Brohm. If not then he's a Packer:) Be back in a bit. Enjoy you guys! I'm stoked he's a Packer!!!!!!:dancingpa Great fit for him IMO and a great franchise with a ton of young weapons!:dancingpa Congrats Brian!!!!!!!!!!!!!:dancingpa

My gut told me he'd be a Giant, but all of these rumors were changing my mind. I just hope he doesn't start acting like Chad. They do share the same agent.

They do share the same agent. I'm suprised the Saints didn't get him a little. I said in the Shockey thread that it's a tough call for the Giants. I think the Saints needed him but I think them trading up earlier for Ellis might have effected things. We'll see, you never know they could work something for next years 2nd rounder. The Saints needed him and the Giants have Pros+Cons with him + without him IMO. I called it awhile back that if somebody didn't trade up (Falcons/Baltimore) then Brohm would be a Packer. The Packers have quitely had a great draft IMO! They also got a great nickel DB to plug in with 2 older corners. I thought Balt got a nice pick in Rice. The Chiefs cleaned house! Carolina got a couple of studs as did Pitt (2 slipped to them and their Oline is still bad but that's 2 great athletes). Bengals had a great 1st pick but pretty sorry thereafter. I'm down on the Bucs a little. I wish they had taken a bigger WR, Mendenhall then had a shot at Groves late and traded out.

I don't think they would turn it down this year and accept a deal for next years 2nd. It will have to be a 1st, or a 2nd and a pick or player better than a 4th or 5th rounder.
April 27, 200818 yr Author Profile on Jerome Simpson for Bengal Fans. He looks uber athletic and fast/quick. When they drafted him, I said what are they thinking! Then I saw him jump over that defender in the highlight, and I go, I am mildly ok with it now.
April 27, 200818 yr The Chiefs have the potential to turn the franchise around this year. They already have 3 guys who can start for them. They have 3 of the first 19 picks in the third round, and then still have 6 more picks (4,5,6,6,7,&7) to use or trade.

Not saying the guy won't be good, but now they have to pay him round 2 money, instead of round 4 cash.
April 27, 200818 yr I can't believe Dan Conner is still sitting there. I'd be all over him if I were drafting. What a steal he is this late!

April 27, 200818 yr Bengals take Pat Sims. DT they needed. Big kid too. Now for the next few years, we'll sit here and compare him to Laws and Ellis as they could've gotten either one in the 2nd or 1st round.
April 27, 200818 yr EKU's Moulden goes to the Texans. That just seems crazy to me that a player from EKU was drafted before any player from UK. I can't believe how far Woodson's stock has dropped.
