A Hamas problem for Obama?

Featured Replies

Thanks, but that is not my question.

However, if McCain was considered very liberal and people like Hamas liked him as a leader, then NO I would not vote for him either.

Try another name for comparison.

Run to State simply answered my question. He did not ask me to qualify it or change it. If you choose not to answer it, fine, but don't expect me to change it to fit your mold.

I've heard Obama also has ties to Yusuf Islam.

So one station goes after Obama and the rest go after the Conservative. Still kid gloves by my count.

You missed my point apparently. The conservative, McCain, has been treated with the kid gloves. When we spend a week on McCain's association with a sex solicitor and have a McCain hate cyron ticker on CNN then I'll concede the point.

Oh for the love of God! Here we go again.

I agree with you comment, lol. When will people in this country start voting for someone that THEY like? And not because someone else supports or does not support them. Most of us have brains, we should USE THEM! Decide for ourselves.

I am not for Obama, but I find it amusing, as well as bizarre and terrifying, that people point fingers at things like this as a reason to vote or not to vote for someone.

As for me, I don't listen to such nonsense when it comes to who I will vote for. I will vote for the one that I think will do the best job of leading this country.

Gotcha. You never know around here. ;)

That's the same thing they tell me at work!

The problem I see with Barack Hussein Obama is that of the three candidates left, he's the one we really know nothing about. That alone scares me enough.

That is the real point! :thumb:

We just don't know. It doesn't scare me but the truth is he, out of all 3, has less predictability.

For what it's worth I don't know who I'm voting for just yet.

Seriously, it's not like he solicited and endorsement...and frankly, it's not an endorsement! It's simply the answer of Hamas when asked what they thought of the candidates.

The more I analyze, the more I'm leaning toward Obama.

If memory serves correctly, Iran officially backed Reagan vs. Carter in '80 because of their hatred for Carter. If it was not official they did seem to take great glee in celebrating Carter's demise. Would such a scenario then produce the notion that if Iran backed Reagan's election we should have been worried of Ronnie?

Going where? I simply wanted the opinion of BGP'ers if this would be an issue or not by asking two questions.

What does Hamas supporting Obama mean?

Does America want a President that Hamas would vote for?

For the most part this automatically turned into a automatic debate :argue: along party lines. That was not my intention. I was honestly just wondering if this would be much of an issue.

But I did answer, you just didn't like my answer.

Good point. I would think they would always claim to back the opposition since they are at odds with all administrations. My opinion is that they don't really support any candidate.
