A few years, I would guess. There was a change in Web servers a few months back, and as a result the site doesn't work very well, unfortunately.

Wow...I thought he would never retire. I look for him to be an A.D. at Nelson County in the near Future (100 day person). Quality guy and quality coach. There is one thing you can say about Minor....he will shoot you straight. You may not like what you hear, but he will shoot you straight. I hope he enjoys his retirement.

Also I think Kelly Wood would be a logical choice as the next head B-Ball man at Nelson.

I think it would take a tremendous repair job to convince Nelson to come back to NCHS.

All they have to do is walk down to the gym and hire Jr. Dugan. I think is his name. Talk about red-white-blue pride , he helped build basketball and football programs when they were at there best. He played there, coached there coached middle school teams AAU teams, high school teams and lives about 2 miles from school. The Adm,they have is not pro local l-ville, out of state or right click are the hires they make. They could of had Brady Link as Supt. years ago when they were headed in the right direction, athletic and education wise. That school should be a gold mine. They could jump start it quick with that hire but their interst lies in building new buildings, and the Adm is in a county that takes no interst in what the schools do. All they had to was let Mark Brown be Asst principal and he would have still been there. It is amazing with all the alumni that they do not care about their school.There was talk of naming the gym after Earnest Ruby what ever happened to that? Wrong people working it? I think it really killed some of them with the success of the football program years ago.

I wish nothing but the best to coach Harmon. You don't have to win the state championship, a regional or even a district to be successful and Minor had a lot of grreat years. Thanks for all you have done for basketball in the state of Kentucky. Thanks for bringing your great teams and players to the KOB.

I didn't know that. I just knew he was from that area and there had been "issues" at Mercer this year. So don't expect a move, huh?!

Artie Braden will take this job and the John Hardin job will then be open. John Hardin will be a highly sought after job.

If Braden leaves JH then Tim Davis from Campbellsville will most likely endup at John Hardin.

Minor is an unbelievble human being and contributor to the community, kids, and school. He has been a staple of the program and I wish him well.
