If you Think UK Fans are picky

Featured Replies

I see no issue w/it at all!

I see no problem with it and I am a UNC fan. Roy still has Kansas items hanging up at his house. He loved Kansas, but UNC was home and now is his home.

That is kind of like Rick Pitino wearing a UK shirt if they were in the Campionship game. Roy still has strong ties to Kansas.

I'm pretty sure Roy had a black shirt on with a KU sticker on it. A little different if you ask me.

And a Kansas colored hanky in his pocket.

I would have been upset. I don't blame Roy for cheering for Kansas, but I too found it strange that he'd do it so openly - especially since they just got beaten by the Jayhawks.

Roy is probably just a nice guy and he spent some good years at Kansas. UNC should just be happy that they have him and not worry about it.

No problems.

I knew that there would be UNC fans going nuts over that .

Seems like all schools have (an 18%) of fans that get on message boards, uh? :p

This is the only problem I have at all with it, but I still think it's no big deal at all.

I too thought it was classy and no problem. He was at Kansas for quite some time, he should have been cheering more for them than for Memphis.
