Calloway in the top five? I don't see it. The Lakers weren't even a top-10 team last season. Teams like North Bullitt, Bullitt East and Boyle County may deserve a higher ranking at this point.

I agree..Calloway will likely be a Top 8-10 team, at best..

Everybody's got opinions. Calloway's got everyone back and a season of tasting some success under the belts. Think they'll be hungry. Again, I think Catholic and Bell Co. are much the best. Boyle Co. has to make a believer of me like Calloway has to make a believer of you. Just speculation by any of us at this point. That's what makes it fun.

Whats Franklin Co, Harrison Co & Marion Co got coming back? Those were 3 pretty solid teams last year...

Franklin County has all of thier skill kids coming back for the most part. They lost some good players in Jones and Metcalf but have really talented kids that will take over. They lost some great lineman as well, not sure who will step up there. I would agree that they have alot to do before they should be a top 5 or top 10 team.

Greenup Co. wound up 2 points away from the final 4 last year. If they can keep the train rolling they could make some noise.:walk:

I don't know if you were at the Harrison Co. game but I was and they weren't banged up until the GC game. Their main RB was knocked out of the game and their FB was hobbled with an ankle injury during the game. GC lost the game but was probably in better physial shape to play LC the next week.
