Honestly, is Clark Co. a serious threat to repeat as region champion?

To our boys....I am so proud of all of you. You played great team ball tonight. Also proud that you out-rebounded a strong Montgomery Co team. Arron Dini, Mark Miller and Ryan Williams were defensive specialists tonight...very impressive to watch. Robert Hatton, Robbie Stenzel and Evan Bennett are the only ones with experience from last years team, and your leadership, and shot selections showed tonight. Freshman big men Cory Rogers, and Travis Pervis were awesome tonight. You did not let them intimidate you or push you around. Loved it when Cory got the rebound, dribbled all the way to the other end and layed it in. What a move for a Freshman and big guy. Sophomore Chase Kindred did a great job coming off the bench and running the point position. Coaches, great job and game plan.

 

Guys it has been such a joy to watch you all play. The ride isn't over yet....go make some noise in the region.:thumb:

WOW!! Surprising score considering the first two games. The Cardinals may be positioning for another region title.

Montgomery flat got it laid to 'em tonight. Clark County played one heck of a game. I really think MC was overconfident. They came out flat and I think they only led once tonight 13-12. I was very disappointed with Rash and Stephens play. Stephens was a head taller than anyone on the floor and couldn't get a rebound without going over someone's back. Rash barely played because he couldn't keep from fouling. Absolutely nobody could stop Robbie Stenzel. Clark killed Montgomery on the glass tonight. Congrats Cards! Let's surprise some people and make some noise next week!

As far as the game, the score speaks for itself. Total domination by the cards in all aspects of the game.

:laugh: Got to support my kids. I saw you too , but you where upstairs, and I didn't want to lose my good seat.

 

I too would love to see a 40th district final.:thumb: I feel it would be a toss up who would win that game.
