Got assist numbers at least for Mack?? One of the big things I've heard from most people who have seen him play is that as a scorer he is good but his overall game is impressive because he can get his teammates scoring opportunities just as easily as he can score himself.

 

No assist numbers for either team, but I counted 5 good passes Darius made within the first half when a defender helped over on in the paint and the receiver of the pass blew an open layup. Very uncommon of these boys to miss layups like this. First time I got to see Mack play, and was very impressed. Much quicker and stronger then I anticipated. Would love to see a re-match to see who wins a best of 3 series.

Station plays a little bit better defense and are a lot more quicker and athletic than Elliott County. That would contribute to the Royals shooting woes wouldn't you agree?

 

I would agree. The ability of Station's players to close out with a hand in the face of the shooter combined with a bad shooting night (2-23 from 3 point range) seemed to greatly affect Mason Co.

Top 3 teams in the state all in the 11th region. Two of them in the same district! Could get wild these next few weeks.

I think Covington Holmes have something to say about that.They are 26-2.A five point loss to Male ,which they where ahead in the 4th.And a one point loss to NCC.Thats six points away from being undefeated.They are for sure a top 5 team.:dancingpa
