Ben may have been doing that but he wasn't going back and forth from the island during the show. Otherwise he would have been passing out on the island, while he was elsewhere.

I'm starting to think maybe the island is some kind of Limbo. The place between the world of the dimension of the living and the dimension of heaven and hell.

I don't really see the point of the whole appendix thing unless something comes from what Rose said about people not getting sick on the island. We all know Jack was not going to die or anything like that because he makes it off the island. I suppose it gave a reason to have a Jack flash forward, but in all actuality I'm disappointed in that part of the episode.

 

There wasn't a ton going on besides Claire disappearing and Jack/Claire's? dad reappearing, but next week looks to be intriguing if the previews are any indication.

Well part of it, it gives Juliette a chance to tell Kate that Jack loves her I suppose.

Well we found out that they "chose" to leave and Sawyer "chose" to stay on the island. That is odd. Also that Jack saved Kate's life and that Jack and Kate were together at one point.

Start DVR'ing it. I watch it and DVR it in case I need to go back and watch it for any reason.

Pretty good episode tonight I thought. We "meet" Christian, Jack and apparently Claire's father, find out the people on the boat are coming to torch the island, a couple people die, Sayid is heading back to the island on a tiny boat, and Locke finds out he has to "move" the island. Next week looks pretty good too. They build it up to be so on the promo. Hopefully, I get to watch it, I've got a busy week coming up.

I wonder who Jacob actually is, and how the heck Christian is alive? Or is he alive? And if he's not alive, does that mean Claire is now dead?

Probably so. Hurley has some moving to do to get to the beach so he can make it back. And obviously something works out because Ben stays alive. I am thinking that all of the people on the island dont die in the end, just a lot of them end up staying there for the rest of their lives.

I doubt Locke or Sawyer would want to leave. Both have mentioned staying as the best option. Jin will probably die trying to get Sun off the island. I think a "war" will break out with these guys on the chopper and the Losties will win the war. They should if Ben can unleash the smoke monster again! :lol:

Was the guy named Richard who visited Locke as a boy a character we have seen before? At first I thought it was Christian? And remember when Christian said that Claire was with him? Does that mean she is dead? The island also must still have more in mind for Michael. And the time warp shows itself again. Will Sayid get to the island BEFORE the helecopter? Another great episode IMVHO.

Richard Alpert was the guy who recruited Juliett and he was the guy that Ben ran into in the woods when he was a little boy who told him to go back. He seems to age gracefully....to say the least.
