SK was up at the end of the first quarter 22-2. Dixie fought back with some bad SK shooting to tie and it up and send it to O.T. Luke M missed two free throws in the finals seconds that could have won the game for Dixie. In O.T. SK had no answer for Luke and Dixie jumped out to an early lead in O.T.. But in the closing second of the first O.T. Zach T for SK hit off a spin dribble to send the game to a second O.T. Dixie went on to win the game I belive 47-44. Great game.

If I remember correctly, it was knotted at 36 at regulation. 22 in the first and 14 the rest of regulation.

I do like what I have been seeing lately out of SK although they still seem to be putting some pieces of the puzzle together. IMO, the team is fairly level across the first 10 or so players which makes it somewhat challenging for the staff figuring how everything is going to come together.

Maegley fouling out in regulation did hurt the Pioneers on the defensive end, he didn't do much on offense when Mace was in the game. Also, the Pioneers let a good 20-30 seconds run off the clock at the end of the second OT before getting shots. If SK would have hit some shots in the second half they would have won.

Just like the Boone County game SK came out of the gates on fire, it looked like they would win easily but that's why they play all 32 minutes. They really struggled to get easy buckets inside the arc, Mace played a large factor, blocking more than a few shots while also altering a bunch. I honestly don't think I've ever witnessed a game like this one before. Like I've said before, this Pioneer squad is hard to guage.
