January 25, 200818 yr No but from what I've heard about it this could cause some problems for some people who get on it. I don't think you'd find me on there.
January 25, 200818 yr American tv programming continues to circle the drain, BUT I guess it would be an okay way to kill time during halftime of a college basketball game.
January 25, 200818 yr This was so funny. But it's like okay.. take your pick. Would you rather be hated by all your friends and family...... or win this certain amount of money. Those questions get really really personal!
January 25, 200818 yr I thought it was awesome. So,so funny! I will be tuned in for each episode. How bout the ex-UC football player last night?!?!
January 25, 200818 yr Just one more little step closer to Rollerball, The Running Man, and televised executions.
January 25, 200818 yr I thought it was awesome. So,so funny! I will be tuned in for each episode. How bout the ex-UC football player last night?!?! Haha.. it was hilarious. I thought he was about to lose Catia there for a minute. She wasn't very happy.
January 25, 200818 yr Just one more little step closer to Rollerball, The Running Man, and televised executions. GO! GET TO THE CHOPPAH! :ylsuper: No, that wasn't from the Running Man, but how can Ahnold not make you laugh.
January 25, 200818 yr This show revealed way to much for that first guy, the former football player/personal trainer.
January 25, 200818 yr It was a decent show, except for the long, long, long, looooooooooooooong pause between the asked question and the revealed answer.
January 25, 200818 yr "Do you really care about the starving children in Africa?" That may be a bit much...
January 25, 200818 yr "Do you really care about the starving children in Africa?" That may be a bit much... Well they asked the UC player if he ever looked at another teammates privates while in the locker room. Now THAT'S a little much! AND... he said yes.
January 25, 200818 yr I don't get it, I didn't tune in. So if you lie about your answer you don't win money right? You're hooked up to a lie detector so you might as well tell the truth because you'll end up being hated anyways.
January 25, 200818 yr Tinker Keck about lost his wife ... They were grillin' him hard with questions that would get him in trouble with her... If you watched you might have noticed that the first thing he did when he got out of the chair was go up to here and whisper something to her... But he had a lot more explaining to do... "Have you ever done something that your wife doesn't know about that would cause her to not trust you?" "Yes"... Bad night when they got home... The second guy admitted to going through a coworkers things without their consent in front of his boss....
January 25, 200818 yr I don't get it, I didn't tune in. So if you lie about your answer you don't win money right? You're hooked up to a lie detector so you might as well tell the truth because you'll end up being hated anyways. To my knowledge, here's how it works. Sometime before the show, the contestant is hooked up to a lie detector and asked 50 questions. Then, the show picks 23 of those questions and asks them during the show. During the show, the contestant is not hooked up to the lie detector. The answers to the pre-show questioning are unknown to the contestant, that's what makes things tricky. They are not told whether or not they are lying during the pre-show questioning. Then, if they answer a question during the show differently than they answered it during the pre-game questioning, then they win no money at all. Even if they are one quesion away from 500,000 (the max. amount of money you can get), and they answer a question wrong, they walk away with NOTHING.
